• Where is the store based?

  Hialeah, FL

• Do you use AI?

  Absolutely not. Every step of the creation process involves me with a pen and paper or hand-drawing in an art program such as GIMP or Procreate, neither of which have AI-generation features.

  My artwork will NEVER involve AI-generated elements and I do not consent to my art being used in the training of AI or LLMs.

• Do you make custom pieces?

  Yes! Please contact me via email or Instagram.

• How rough can I be while wearing the accessories?

  It depends, in general my collars / cuffs / harnesses / etc. should be fine to wear while dancing, running errands, or tugging with leashes.

  Remember:
  - Be mindful of spikes!!
  - Do NOT wear tightly or while sleeping.
  - Do NOT use to suspend weight.
  - Do NOT put on an animal or child.

  I do my best to ensure strong screws and rivets, but first and foremost these are art pieces and not meant for rock-climbing, etc. Please use good judgement.

• Do you make collars / harnesses for pets?

  No, please do not put LARVAMOLT accessories on any animals. They're not made to break-away in case of emergency and may be dangerous if the animal gets stuck on something or pokes themself with a spike.

• Who makes the products?

  LARVAMOLT art is 100% human-created (no AI) by a US-based artist.

  Handmade pieces are made by me.

  Printed pieces are fulfilled by Printful.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes, if your address can be shipped to.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive. International shipping times vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
